I woke up this morning to something,
That just caught my eye,
It was like a beautiful paradise,
But I was only dreaming,
Cause I knew you were leaving,
Me this time,
And it felt like a chapter down the line
With all my hopes and dreams,
You were apart of me,
Then you disappered,
And were not near,
I felt the change,
And it couldn't go away,
I knew I was grieving,
This time,
And it felt like chapters down the line,
Now I forgot who u are,
Cause u were so far,
Away,
But u use to play,
With the emotions within me,
And that hurted me,
You broke a vowel,
Now I don't know how,
I can love u,
What's a girl to do,
I knew u were cheating,
This time,
And it felt like chapters down the line
Chapters 1,2,3, and 4,
Made me look at the situation more,
Chapters 5,6, 7, and eight,
Was like the hurt could never be erased,
Chapters 9,
Was giving me a sign,
And by the time I got to chapter 10,
I knew your heart would never win,
My heart,
Now we have to be apart,
No more of you,
So I say my goodbye's,
What u gonna do,
Cause I can't cry,
I knew you were leaving,
This time,
All because of the chapters down the line
