Copyright 2004? I don't know man, I'm pretty sure Shakespeare copyrighted basically that whole poem about 400 years ahead of you in his most famous work of all time, Romeo and Juliet.
here is a line by line breakdown
Oh happy dagger / Oh happy dagger (not even a discrepancy here)
that slits my wrist / here is thy sheath, there rust. (shakespeare uses original langauge to present a beautiful metaphor. it is both poetic and meaningful as it bears the full weight of the consequences)
and lets me go / and let me die (your line cowers where Shakespeare resonates)
