sweet honey pancakes
something I'll never forget
fresh squeezed orange juice
the color of my mother's hair
alvacados
Warm tones, colors on the walls
prints of roosters on the kitchen tiles
cool breezes blowing up screen doors
I'l fall asleep
to the crickets
screaming in their own tongue
calling eachother
to the place that I am now
the place I hold close to my heart
home
