Into A Dolphin

Contributed by merry on Thursday, 25th March 2004 @ 10:35:05 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

****************************

The hour approaches
End and begin again
Infinite ocean of possibility
Perhaps I will drown
In my own ambitions
No fault of yours
I think I can swim
But I won’t know til I try
It might be too late to learn
Teeter on the edge
Wanting to jump
Morph into a dolphin
Change shape with the wind
Calling the four corners
Seeking wisdom
The hour approaches
End and begin again

Deep and meaningful. The ending---

"Calling the four corners
Seeking wisdom
The hour approaches
End and begin again"

Gave me lots of food for thought.

I thought this was a terrific poem. Kie
