______________________
rusty soup cans
prominent decorations
on the front lawn
wobbling bicycle wheels
cracks in the sidewalk
cry for repair
hot wind blows
down the alleyway
leaving me alone
in the barrio
stifling memories
slow motion
captures the essence
of time and place
collide on film
in the late afternoon
red orange sun
burns up the street
it's a wrap.....
