Who I am, does it matter
Who I am, do you care
In my life I stumble and faulter
In my life I lie, I live in fear

Darkness hides the light
Darkness keeps me from it
Darkness is my life
Darkness I am in it

Light pours down on me
Light shines with glory
Light Shines, it shines so bright
Light light, I love the light

Light and Darkness my life is filled with thee
Light and Darkness my life my destiny
Light and Darkness both my life they share
Light and Darkness does no one care

I Am, he told me that fateful day
I Am, he said as love came to stay
I am not without darkness
Yet I am full of light

To the great I AM
I simply am
I am me
A child of the light
