Your ship arrives and offers hope
But others share your goal
They will gladly knock you down
They aim to conquer all
You beat the crowd with expert ease
You’ve played this game before
A new challenge presents itself
Opportunity to score
Suspicious looks flirt with all
Their heads lower in shame
They want no companion on this cruise
They’ve won this well-played game
But expert so you call yourself
You know the dream exists
Like predator you stalk the prey
Aware it will resist
Sure enough the head stays down
Victory masks defeat
Two words the quick and painless strike
Excuse me wins the seat
