Hi Lasca,
Now that I'm here (on YPDC), I couldn't resist reading all you've posted since my last visit. What can I say about this one? Brief and to the point, you've said it all and said it well. It mirrors my situation exactly. Realizing "too late" is too much to take. Hang in there...I am.
