Topic: AmericanTragedy

Such devistation, such despair.
There are ashes adn rubble everywhere.
There is no where to run, no where to flee.
I had always thought this was the land of the free.

All those people, the women, children, and men.
They didn't even know how or why or when.
Their lives were cut too short.
By people who murder and slay for sport.

We pray for revenge to come our way.
Americans can not wait to see that day.
We pray for all those who lost and are in pain.
We pray that we never feel this way again.

ever stop to think that maybe they were getting their revenge, and if we keep coming back, the wars will never end? Lets embrace forgiveness instead of vengence... isn't that what "civilized" people do?Great write -jason
