reminising

Contributed by hidden_dezires on Monday, 22nd March 2004 @ 02:35:22 AM in AEST
Topic: LoveRemembered

i heard his voice today
i was surprised and moved what can i say
its been awhile since we have spoke on the phone
i know he could hear the joy in my tone
old memories started coming back to me
pictures in my head i could clearly see
his handsome face and winning smile
my ex-husband with all his style
so intelligent and charming it is just his way
i guess im just saying his calling made my day
reminising about old times we once shared
remembering how we both cared
he said he loves me and i love him to
its just something reminsing does to you
but he has his life and i have mine to
and we will always be friends through and through
i think of all the ways he encouraged me in life
it was meant for me at that time to be his wife
i learned that there is so much more that i could be
the world is at my feet and its up to me
so with some knowledge and determination i set out
to be the best me i could without any doubt
it has taken me some time but im on the road
and God is helping me carry the load
but i wish him continued success and blessings too
in everything he sets out to do...

It's good reminise.. or to go on reminising. Stay sweet as you stay reminising... reminising... reminising. What else could be more fun? Good work!
