Beautiful blades of pure steel
Forged in a hot place
By clawed hands at a
Rather eager pace
His meticulous work is well known
Such weapons of destruction
He does condone
A set is given to us at
Sometime in our lives
By a fallen prince
Whose beauty is legendary,
And so are his lies
The wise turn down
Such a precious gift
While the mislead
Accept and marvel
As these blades
They do lift
The reflections in this steel
Show many wonderful things
Of power, pleasure often
Brought though chemical wings
Before long the blades are juggled
At a carefree rate
Which will always lead to cuts
And the occasional scrape
And though they will heal
No matter how deep
The scars are ours
To forever keep
