Can I save them?

Contributed by starynight0 on Tuesday, 17th September 2002 @ 08:22:17 PM in AEST
Topic: ChristianPoetry

People tear me down and laugh at me.
They make fun of me and they don't see.
Even my friends don't care.
Only one friend is there.
He is a christian and God helps him.
He forgives all his sin.
He shows God's love to me and to others.
He treats them all as brothers.
I want to be like him in my faith.
Loving people no matter what they say.
God has been changing me to be more like him.
He has forgiven me for my sin.
But people keep trying to destroy me.
And I really want them to see.
I want to show God's love to my friends.
I want them to be saved befor the world ends.
But they all laugh at me.
I am afraid they will never see.
They make fun of me and tell me not to try to get pity.
But God has given me purity.
I am a lot more emotional and caring them.
But I can't help the way I am.
I try to be caring and please them.
God made me like this and he has a reason.
I may not know what it is right now.
But I will figure it out some how.
