There's someone valuable deep inside
Who always has their place to hide,
And feels they can't, even though they tried.
Who once was hurt, but never cried.
There's someone caring over there
Running fingers through their hair;
A person who's thought not to care
Who wants to hide out anywhere.
The valuable person who cares is you.
Your feelings are so deep and true.
You can feel, be hurt, be blue,
But you are quite important too.
