An act against the US,
An act of cowardice,
An act against our freedom,
Sending some to God’s Kingdom.
‘Twill forever be a scar,
Seen by all afar.
It was an act of war,
Need the poet say more?
Many lives were lost,
Debris coated the earth like frost.
The pentagon burst into flames.
Who on earth is to blame?
Terrific towers crumbled,
One whole nation grumbled.
Hundreds were found dead,
How many thousand lie ahead?
Nations were struck with grief,
And also with disbelief.
Revenge, some nations crave,
Who will own the next grave?
Justice will be served,
Opinions aren’t reserved.
To who can one look up?
What will the US blow up?
