I used to trust you,
but then you broke my heart,
what happened,
to what we had?
told me that we would be together forever,
that you loved me,
you stole my heart,
then broke it,
shreaded it,
through it out the window

You cheated me,
don't lie,
I saw you kissing that girl

Was this all just a game for you?
Why'd you so it?
We could have made this into something

Now your standing here,
begging for my forgiveness,
sorry boy but I don't think
I can trust you again

I wanted to jump into your arms,
say that it was OK,
but I kept my mouth shut,
"I don't want my heart broken again"'
is all I say

I'm writing this poem now,
I've moved on,
my heart's mended,
It's mine again,
but a piece of it is still missing,
It's still with you,
I'll get it back one day,
but as for now,
my heart is mended

Love is tough but it sounds like you are ,too. Be strong and carry on.
