I look inside myself
I've not turned out bad
I have a good heart
Although sometimes it's sad
I've not had much input
From my family
My strengths and my weaknesses
Are what make me, me
I do sometimes have to
Pat myself on the back
Got no-one else to do it
It's a soulmate I lack
And so once again
I start wishing and dreaming
Where's that one special someone
Who will show me the meaning
Of real true love
It's something I yearn for
Respect and affection
Passion and more
I don't want to sound desperate
But lonely I am
I want to share my life
With that one special man
So as the clocks ticking
It's getting harder I find
Where's that one special someone
A love I can call mine

Theres someone for everyone, sometimes it just takes a while to find them. It took me 8 years being single to find my Mark.
Dont give up on love ali, it will find you, lovely emotional poem
