All The Pain

Contributed by coldpresence on Tuesday, 16th March 2004 @ 10:53:09 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

What exactly,
Do you want me to say?
Do you want me to tell you,
That everything will be okay?

That can't happen,
Everything always goes wrong.
Don't tell me that you care,
Don't tell me to be strong.

My heart is breaking,
Pain is overflowing.
I know it's hard to see,
I'm not very good at showing.

I hide my emotions,
Deep inside.
I never let people know,
About the nights that I cried.

I cried over you,
But you didnt know.
I curled up in the corner,
And let my tears flow.

Just when I started,
To get over you.
You come back,
And guess what you do.

You make me want to forgive you,
You make me want to forget the pain.
But from forgiving you,
What do I gain?

In the end,
I'll just get hurt.
I forgave you before,
And you treated me like dirt.

I want to forgive you,
But I'm just not able to.
I just don't understand the reason,
For what you put me through.
