Real Pain Is knowing she is in love with someone else.
Real Pain is knowing she isn't in love with me.
Real Pain is knowing she is lieing.
Real Pain is knowing she said she would never would lie.
Real Pain is knowing she is gone.
Real Pain is knowing she won't be coming back.
Real Pain is knowing she doesn't care if i die or not.
Real Pain is knowing what i must do to cure the pain.
Real Pain is knowing Death is the only way out!

I feel the pain in your poem, great write.
A very strong poem.
