Just the other day
A bird came by my way
And while I admired his colorful array
I thought I heard it say
There is no need to be so blue
Look at the wonders God gives to you
It wasn’t your time, that’s true
But think of the pain, your child could have suffered through
For there are far worse things
Than to never get the see what birth can bring
And to what if’s, you simply cannot cling
Remember your child is soaring high above on angel’s wings
Be thankful that you knew
of this special way that GOD had blessed you
And think of her with joy too
Your child was just passing through
