The seas of silence shrieking bear
A pulsing crimson, anguished flare
The pearl pain, by sorrow stained
A hollow gaze forever there
Shackled to the vagrant truth
A murmured corner the lost ones sleuth
Immortal cries, the lifeless skies
A violet blanket smothers youth
Imprisoned by the scarlet vein
A mockery of borrowed lies
Death flows within, rememb'rance chains
At birth his life was slain
His voice is naught but ling'ring echo
A wishful tear in decrescendo
A prayer to words in helpless plea
The shimm'ring in dazzling sea
"Gaze away these hollow eyes
Blaze into my sorrow skies
Raze away my borrowed lies
"---Save me from my own disguise---"

Stunning. This made so many thoughts and images leap into my mind. Written with zenith talent, everything worded elegantly, intriguing rhyme scheme...this is solid gold from start to finish.
