What Can I Do?

Contributed by Solmyr1404 on Thursday, 11th March 2004 @ 03:56:55 PM in AEST
Topic: dedicatedpoems

What can I do?
I've fallen in love with you.
I've given you the heart from my chest,
Something I've done for none of the rest.
You said you loved me,
But now THAT I cannot see
To be true,
So how can you
Lie to me this way?
When explaining your anger towards me you say
I lied to you, yet
You're the one being a hypocrite!
You told me not to write you notes anymore,
You ripped my heart apart and threw it to the floor.
How is it that though you're being a little *****,
This feeling of love comes back like the Seven-year Itch?
What can I do
To get rid of my love for you?
Why don't I just give up
And let you see what you're giving up?
