My bestfriend
Gone like the wind
We use to do everything together
From chasing girls, to buying shoes
And everyone knew how close we were
Cause when they saw me, they saw you
I never had a boring day
Cause you always know how to make me laugh
Even when we had nothing to do, it was fun cause I was spending time with you
But now you're gone
My whole life was changed
No more chasing girls, and buying shoes ain't the same
I miss you
Tears of sorrow roll down my face daily
I know you didn't want to go
But your life was signed away
I know that it was for the best, and the Army needs you more than I do
But I wish you were still here, it hard going on without you
