Abe's Oddysee

Contributed by AliB on Wednesday, 10th March 2004 @ 06:21:04 PM in AEST
Topic: fantasy

Off he goes on an epic quest
Saving his peers at his best
Chanting those sligs off his chest
One slig...two slig....and the rest

Run like hell they're on your tail
Jump that ledge try not to bail
Follow that paramite trail
If you trip you'll fall like hail

If you get through rupture farms
You'll be led into the dark
Only the fireflies lead the path
After this you'll need a bath

As you jump the leap of faith
The world slows down, you take a break
You're almost out of the wild without a trace
And then you realise the jump you jumped, you make

The vicious scrabs, the gullible paramites
And then there's elm, the leg cock in flight
He can take you to incredible heights
You never know, he may even save your life

Beautifuls scenes, wicked views
Yes my mate there's quite a few
The enormous heights, you may want to spew
But that is what he has to do

Dodging bats, boulders, bombs
He only wants to get along
But they won't be alive for long
'Cause he will make them bloody gone

Now you'll wonder where all this fame
Has come from in this terrific game
Do you really want to know his name
Well my friend, his name is ABE!

Talented is an understatement, your son has a gift for poetry, no late nights out with the girls! straight to the writing desk for that boy!

I cannot believe you are only 14. Talent is a definite understatement here. Don't give up for you will only get better and better. It is true, practice makes perfect and you don't have far to go.
