Pastor at St. Stephen

With offering heart I gave
With ungrateful minds he received
Without judging I stayed
With his holy microphone he judged
I loved my neighbor as myself
And fell into his ditch
I held unto others as I wished to be held
And landed myself in his pit
I even watched his holy entertainments…
But I can’t praise his talent in looting
And it’s a pity I worship at St. Stephen
I’m sorry for myself on my way to heaven
But the realization wasn’t fast in coming
And now I know I was in hell burning.
With clapping hands
With song-twisting lips
With tapping feet
With open mind
I even spoke in tongues
Oh! God our hope he says lies in you…
