Suicide

Take your time walking down that road
Treading carefully through a lifelong dream
Coldness of reflection touching smooth skin
Soft waves washing away sensitive thoughts
Lost to the tranquil mindset of sweet death
Freezing underneath the moons gentle gaze
Swimming with a determined panic
It must end, now, now
Pushing down into the depths of pain
Crushing weight upon my lungs
Laughing inside, die you useless *****
Hatred playing out inside your personal tv set
both sides flashing by, without thought
The end?

Drowning is one of the most terrifying ways to die...according to some studies...but I guess we can't be sure as no one who did ever came back to tell us. Rather dark but applicable...I am terrified of drowning...and I feel fear just reading this vivid poem....1..2..3.....okay I'm cool again...stop that hyperventilating |

You are tormented, aren't you. Cutting words, strong description, the way poetry should be.
