A beacon, now you'll never be
you sever me, you
never see
how I feel...
Your paint, so red,
is cracked and chipped, your
blackened crypt:
Self-Pity...
And I stand so distant,
not by choice,
Your crippled ears
refuse my voice...
Now forced to wait,
to watch you break
to watch you shatter
(forced to wait)
this lamppost.

Now forced to wait,
