Is there ever a time you want to cry,
about just anything at all,
sometimes I get those tears in my eyes,
and my heart feels it will fall,
I sit and think,then the tears flow,
not really sure why,
crying helps the soul grow,
it helps me get by,
People cry happy tears,and some sad,
or even grief , joy and pain
the flow of tears are not always bad,
it helps let the eyes drain,
It tells us how a person feels,
even if its bad or good,
their feelings that are real,
I think crying everyone should,
So its ok to want to cry,
just to let the heart bleed,
I can not tell a lie,
Crying is something I need!

This poem is right on time. I had one of those days yesterday. Tears threatening all day long and sometimes spilling over. Don't know why but I just know that after I finally let it all come to fruition I felt so much better. Had a great day today. LOL

Yes I feel like this alot and crying can bring a cleansing and it makes me sleepy and content.
You just hang in there mommy its getting close to time and I know you have to be feeling tired.

| I recently had a miscarriage, and I believe that crying is just a part of healing. This is an amazing poem and wonderfully writen, you have such a talent. Keep writing!!! This is so beautiful. Thanks for sharing. |

a good cry never hurts anyone just makes our eyes look red for awhile I had mine lastnight it was a sad cry but needed just the same
