He sits there staring
Into his black book
Looking fine, by himself
With his black outfit
And red zippers on his pockets
Periodicly looking up at me
Smiling at me... nice teeth
Not knowing who i am
Running his lovely fingers
through his hair
Reading something interesting
Very into it, only glancing up
Every few minutes
With his eyes so green...
He has beautiful eyes
And dark blond hair
To the bottom of his ears
Shining in the sunlight
That's escaping in through blinds
I want to speak
But what would i say
Would i look stupid
Standing there not talking
Or will i bring myself to speak
Maybe all i will do
Is make quiet noises
Shaking i decide to never mind
And realize that he is happily reading
Paying little attention to me.

Yesssssss! I have also seen some of the best looking men while in the library. There is something very enticing about a man reading a book. I've never had a date with a library guy! This was a truly unique poem and I loved every line. Kie |
