I don't write with captivating words,
I can only be myself and what I know.
And what I know is that today,
I'm left alone and without a single birthday wish,
At least not from you.
You should be one of the most significant in my life,
But you're not, and haven't been for a long time.
Today marks my 16th year of living,
Or maybe it's my 16th year of a somehow living corpse.
The only thing worth remembering today,
Is that I only have 2 more years until I'm rid of you.
Your stupid rules, and lies, and ways you've taught me to be a fake person.
Today marks the day that in two years,
I'll finally start my life,
Without someone like you...
