FAT

Contributed by perfection on Friday, 5th March 2004 @ 11:37:37 PM in AEST
Topic: selfstruggles

I’m too fat, too fat. I’m going to cry!
If I gain more weight, I think I will die.

Everyone tells me to eat, eat, eat but I just cannot.
Gaining weight, NO! I will not!
People tell me I’m too skinny and bony!
But when I look in the mirror, I see a phony.
I tell people “I know I’m skinny and I eat a lot of the time”
But really I eat an amount of food smaller than a dime.
I will only pig out if I weight 100 or less that day.
I want to tell my mom, but I don’t know what you say.
I cry at night cause I think about everybody.
I don’t like this worry, I want to be able to laugh when something’s funny.
In my life there is so much stress.
Because of it I eat less and less.
My weight got lower and lower and it began to show.
People tell me “You need to gain weight,” All I can say is “I know.”
I’m going to try, once and for all.
To get rid of this stress, I’ll stand up proud and tall.
For I know if I don’t I will die!
I will not allow myself to live a lie.
I will stand and be proud!
“I will not care about my weight,” I said very loud!

I hope you do something quickly because you are depriving your body of necessary vitamins and minerals and can cause severe damage to all your organs that will affect you the rest of your life. Ask for help. It is a disease and can be controlled. Help yourself, please.

Rita
