The Ultimate Price
-------------------------
Jesus paid the ultimate price for our sins,
He gave his life.
Nailed to a cross,
He bore our burdens.
A innocent man of any wrong,
Died an excruciating death.
For the right of all people,
To be saved.
Not nails nor beatings,
Or a crown of thorns on the head.
Could detour his resolve,
For his mission was clear.
Born of a virgin,
Raised as a common man.
Died at the hands of hater,
For what he stood for.
The King of Kings,
God’s only son.
Paid the ultimate price,
Willingly.
