Its funny reflected on my shaded past,
Memories faded so I cant see,
Dreams that always last,
Deep inside, plauging me
Its funny when I smile and laugh,
At the same time I self-loath,
But I guess thats just lifes wrath,
Because I put myself on a sinking boat
Its funny when I ask,
Questions about my life,
Is it just a set task,
Or do I pick up that knife
Its funny when I bleed tonight,
Blood shimmers with moonlight,
I guess I'll lose my sight,
And my throat will get tight
Because I'm falling away,
From this useless life,
Bad feelings just stay,
Nothing will suffice,
Except my funny old
Self Inflicted
Pain

ewwie, i don't think funny pain is quite the good thing that you want to be dwelling on... yegh. good dreamy surrealistic moody type of write, but still. aww heck, keep up the good work! ;0)

Good poem. But - If it's discriptive, you may be looking in the wrong direction for happiness-- or -- you may be suffering justly for sinful dis-obedience. I know I do, when I am:(sinfully disobedient) Some trials are chastening, some are testings to teach us or make us more Christ like.
