Nothing is going fine here
Life doesn’t walk a straight line
Everything is twisted up here
But we can dream its all fine

I can’t say to you my true feelings
I want to but I’m held back
I wish that you were beside me
You’re what I always lack

I’m stuck in a hole, unmoving
Frustration is building up a fury
Then your voice in the night, so soothing
Reminds me that there’s nothing to worry

I want to take you by the hand
And talk about a future life
So I kneel and take your hand
“With this ring, stay with me for this life.”
