My Testimony

Contributed by cubby33 on Thursday, 4th March 2004 @ 01:40:44 AM in AEST
Topic: ChristianPoetry

And there was I
In the chapel pew
I felt all alone
But there were a few

One came up to me
While I was in tears
I've never been so afraid
In all of my years

And then he asked me
"Are you alright?"
I just simply said
"I need the light"

He took me outside
And came to explain
How Christ died for me
So that I could gain

I didn't know why
He would die for me
Cause I've been so bad
That I did not see

From then I did promise
That to Christ, I'll serve
He will be praised
For the death I deserve

It's your humbleness to God for dying on the cross so u can live.
I finally found it on my own.
This is a great testimony of his luv-n-grace 4 us all.
Great job!
luv, huggs,
emy
