Feeling for Something that isnt there

I have wept for joy to think that you are mine,
Then wept for fear you would leave me,
again I wept for joy that the thought never crossed your mind.

Then I wept in sadness for the truth was shown,
You belong to another.

I then wept for all the hearts that had been broken on my forward path,
Then laughed at their pain.

Loved the title and although this poem was short you said with few words so many words. Filled with emotion, thank you for sharing this one. Kie
