Brittle Bones

selfstruggles

I have been living
with brittle bones
for less than a year.
I have fallen
downstairs
twice in a year,
I hurt my back
and my tailbone,
I am glad I
didn't break anything.
My bones are weak,
I'm trying my best
to get myself back
to where I was.
I have brittle bones,
I have to smarten up
and get my bones
back into shape.

It can be done and only you can do it for yourself. It will be a total commitment for the rest of your life. But totally worth it. Thank God it is not a fatal or nonreversible disease.
Hugs,

Oh Cynthia I'm so sorry hear about your weakness.
Be very careful dear with your dealings and your preakness.
Eat things with lots natural vitamins...I'm told celery has wonderful vitamines for you bones.
Lovely little poem.
Hang in there
love you,
