Blinking Back The Tears

Blinking back the tears
The hurt rips me up inside
I can't let them see
Behind a fake smile I hide

Blinking back the tears
Don't want them to know
The pain in my heart
I don't let it show

Blinking back the tears
So scared and alone
Won't let them help
Won't pick up the phone

Blinking back the tears
I won't tell
Keeping it to myself
Living in Hell

Blinking back the tears
The pain tears at my soul
Ripping it apart
Leaving a dark hole

Blinking back the tears
I pick up the blade
I cut out the pain
Thinking of the mistakes I made

Blinking back the tears
Blood rolls down my hand
I start to feel weak
I can no longer stand

Blinking back the tears
I fall to the ground
My life slips away
Without a sound

Since it's going to drive me nuts till I say this, it is supposed to be Blinking Back Tears not Blinking Back The Tears on all the lines. Sorry it was just bugging me so I thought I would post it.
