I've Been Hurt

I've been hurt,
I've been saddened,
I've been moved to tears.
I've never felt this way in all my years.

I've been cut,
I've been bleeding,
I've been torn apart.
I've felt the pieces of my broken heart.

I've been moved,
I've been brought to anger,
I've been turned to stone.
I've been changed forever from the person you've known.

 Dedicated to the Victims of the Terrorist Attack on America.
