-blood soaked silloette-

Contributed by TaintedOptomist on Sunday, 29th February 2004 @ 09:18:24 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

tears gleam on her cheek
as blood drips off the knife
a mixed up little girl
only six-teen
ends her life
AS THE GAZE COVERS HER EYES
AND THE PAIN SOON SLIPS AWAY
SHE JUST DOESN'T HAVE THE STRENGTH
TO FACE ANOTHER DAY
UNFRIENDLY FACES ALL AROUND HER
finaly the release
the release of all her fears
SHE'S BEEN WAITING SO LONG
just another sad song ringing ni her ears
love, loath, and depression built up for so many years
SOME MAY NOT THINK IT'S RIGHT
BUT SHE DOESN'T SEE THE WRONG
and with her final breath
she plays another sad song

Very sad but written well!
It also opens ones eyes to what our younger generations and the desperation they feel.
A good job here.
It would be good if you could write another one that gives ones option to live instead of death.
luv, huggs,
emy
