her prince

she gazes across the land and awaits for her prince to come home
where could he be, her prince for she is all alone
he was once by her side untill fate took him away
now she waits on him, and hopes he returns to stay
but untill then she can only glance across the land and wonder why
why her prince had to leave without saying goodbye
