As the stars, kiss the skyline goodbye
And give way to make room for the sun
I find myself gazing into heavenly blue eyes
Echoing silent "I love yous" through the early morning air
Knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that our love is real
The waves pound out a melody, and the seagulls cheerfully chorus
The soft rythms of our hearts, singing a song of two becomeing one
Uniting, sowing together our souls
Completeing the puzzle
Answering the questions I thought would go unanswered forever
Amy Marie Hess I want you to view this sunrise
Not as a symbol, of just another day dawning
But the first day of the rest of our lives together
As I look back, at the things we've already shared
All the feelings and emotions we've already exchanged
And then I realize, the best is still yet to come
My dearest Amy Marie, I can't think of a higher honor
Than to have you, in sickness and in health
So not only with this ring, but everything this man is and will ever be
Will you marry me?
