The worlds spinning
Fast-
Like a bad gamblers
Rolling dice,
The words vibrating
Fiercely
Up and down-
Like the one stringed
Guitar
That the old man
Plucks in the subway
Dirty ice
Builds on the concrete
Because winters here
For good
With a Christmas
Facing distinction
Rosa waits
At the station
Trains go by
The dark morning
Turns to dark night
She is left
Mourning on the platform
For her man
Her fallen soldier
No news
For three years
So she comes
To the station everyday
Just in case
In hope of him
In hope of her
Sweet love to
Embrace her
And grip her tight
Through the cold,
Corrupted nights
Rosa
Waits and waits
Returning
Day after day
Trains go by
And every night she
Is left mourning
On the platform station
Rosa
Still wait!
