Ana, you are a great friend
I know you will be there till the end
You give me things to think about, other than stress
I count calories; instead of thinking my life is a mess
Ana, I thank you for all that you do for me
You help me realize what other people don’t see
I know you will tell me the truth in everything you say
You make my stomach growl, tells me I don’t need to eat that day
Ana make me perfect I know you can
You keep me strong; keep food a ban
I read your letter every night
Your words help me see the light
Ana, you help me realize I’m a fat cow
How I will be fat if I don’t stop eating now
I want to make you very proud
I ignore the hunger pains, even when they are loud
Ana. Promise me that you wont leave me alone
I’ll do just what you want and be skin and bone
I will do whatever you want me to do
I know that inside my mind, heart, and soul is you
Ana, I will follow your rules and not eat
I will not allow myself to be beat
Please stay with me through thick and thin
Prevent me from committing the number 1 sin.
