The alone knight.

When I hold you all though the night I feel like your knight saving the kingdom. I would grand the gates from your enemies; I would fight all the dragons that try to tack you. I’ll travel the world in your glory. I would wear your name on my armor to show that I am your knight. Your smile brings me joy and when you are sad I would be in pain. I would find the rarest flowers for you. The saddest thing is all I can be is your knight and not your king. so I am just a knight and that’s all I can be to you and it hurts.
