You are such a sand dune
Warm and beautiful
Every wind pours you
And some carries away your grains
Shades of your life,
White – Inocence and unaffectedness
Red is your heart
Yellow – your soul sunrays
Sandstorm blew you on
Dispersed you all around
And I vainly look for places
Where your grains could find
If I were the whirl
To gather you up
Dune, which showed me kingdom
Which changed my world
I want to hold you in my palms
Never let you fall
Protect against storms
Pour you carefully and slow
And still I want you to know
Whether you are dune or just sand
I love you with all my heart
whether you are here or somewhere else
Ty jsi taková písečná duna,
Hřejivá a krásná
Každý vítr tě přesypává
některý odnáší pryč tvá zrna
odstíny tvého života
bílá – nevinnost a prostota
rudá je tvým srdcem
žlutá v duši tvé sluncem
písečná bouře tě rozdmýchala
koukol tě rozvála
a já marně hledám místa
kde bych tvá zrnka hledala
kéž bych byla vírem
co posbírá tě zpět
dunu, jež ukázala mi království
jež změnila můj svět
chtěla bych tě držet v dlaních
nikdy nepustit
opatrně přesypávat
bránit před bouří
A pořád – chci abys věděl
Jestli jsi duna nebo jenom písek
Pořád tě moc mám ráda
Ať už jsi tu nebo kdekoliv ještě

Oh Aika......the tenderness, and depth of your love......unnumbered grains of sands in your dune! I got goosebumps with your exquisite wording and imagery!
Oh how beautiful your ways, Aika....they have to be in your heart first before you can write them down on paper!
