Words Unspoken

As I look between the lines I find words unspoken
Unspoken words and racial slur
Which leave minds in blurs
Unspoken words that heal, that kill, that steal life
And bring pain and strife
Unspoken words that leave people amazed and astonished
Unspoken words that turn friendships to just platonic
Leaving minds open and hearts closed
Hiding personal things and other things exposed
Unspoken words that break hearts when they are released
And you have to use spoken words to glue your heart back to piece
Unspoken words that can save someone’s salvation
Which can save them from eternal damnation
And build for them a new foundation
Unspoken words that can hurt feelings
Which will lead to healing
And people not wanting to be dealing
With other’s emotions
Cause of words, which were unspoken
Make that person lean on other potions
When it was your unspoken words that started it all
So if you have words to say please don’t leave them unspoken
Just speak the words that you need to say
So that lives won’t be broken
