intricate... vivid melodys i hear
symphonys... woven stitches of a dream
delicate... tiny notes that dissapear
whispering through the chasm of my thoughts
a gentle voice now lost but not forgot
teardrops...pierce the waters of my soul
rippling... through the depths that ly below
forsaken... the voice deserts me, i'm alone
in here theres only you and no one else
and all you hear are echoes of yourself
memories slip away though tightly held
and all you hear are echoes of yourself

Quite vivid...just as the title goes...a nice description of the crushing weight of lost yesyerdays...I like it perhaps because I have some inkling how it goes. |

There is something soothing in this poem. The words seem to flow almost like they'd fit well with the melody of "music of the night" from Phantom of the Opera. Melancholy but sweet, I don't think you could have found better words for this, absolutely beautiful. |
