I have been trying, to find a place; Deep down, inside, of my soul. A
place where I can feel right at home. Sometimes, I cry, because I know that
place don’t exist, for me anymore. A place, to call home. A place where you
feel safe, and where the whole world, can leave you alone. O I don’t know
what that feels like anymore, because I have been running, for so long.
Sometimes, at night. Dreams hunt me still, about grandma, house,
because that where went, on the Friday night, that my father kicked us all out.
I can still remember the look. He had in his eye’s; When he open up the
door, and said, to us go, and follow your rainbow; Since, that day I felt like I
didn’t belong anywhere, anymore. A place, to call home. A place where you
feel safe, and where the whole world, can leave you alone. O I don’t know
what that feels like anymore, because I have been running, for so long.
