THE ANGEL DEPARTED!

The Angel Grim Reaper disappeared from my sight.
I opened the curtains to a fresh clean bright light.
The first thing I did was go pick up my pen,
To let others know that I’m happy again!
My friends and my family I hope cheer with me,
Because of prayers answered and because I now see,
The burdens I’ve lived through are many when tallied.
But I’m sure now I wasn’t alone in those valleys.
I felt your prayers as they grabbed hold of my shoulders.
When moments before I felt weighted by boulders.
You’re never alone with the King on the Throne.
Wherever there’s love, there’s always a home!
