INTERNAL PRISON

Contributed by silent on Tuesday, 24th February 2004 @ 04:23:37 PM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

Inside i sit behind these eyes
Rage held within, underneath these lies
All i remember is constant abuse
A wasted life, another excuse
I want you dead and i can't wait
To be the one to seal your fate

I remember when i was five
Didn't even feel alive
Locked away and numb from fear
With hatred and terror you did stear
My mum to madness, myself to prison
The authorities fooled, they didn't listen
You abused and tortured my body and mind
With all the damage that you could find
Committed on me, i just don't see
why dad, why, why me

Got put away age 17, how much more could i have been
Not even a chance at life i got
I see him grinning while they took the lot
All i ever wanted was a little affection, some kind of positive attention
So many bloodied tears have i cried
Trying to fight the horrors inside
Do you know what i go through every night
I dream of killing, torture, rape and the sight
It is not fair, they are your dreams
I pray to silence those horrific screams

Rest assured i will see you again
To look into those eyes of hate and pain
Tears will flow from all that abuse
But it won't do you any *****in use
Realisation will come to late
For i will dish out a little hate
Then you will feel the anger of an abused child.
